Guardian Group Salutes Its Long Standing Clients

Bridgetown, Barbados, February 19, 2015: Guardian Group’s Property and Casualty arm, Guardian General Insurance Limited (GGIL) saluted two of its long-standing customers, Mr.  & Mrs. Keith Foster to red carpet and VIP service on the occasion of their 37th anniversary with the company.  In recognition of their loyalty over the years and to show appreciation, the couple was treated to a luncheon at the award-winning restaurant Champers on the south coast and limousine service from their St. James home.

The affable couple was all smiles at receiving the news that they would be recognized in this manner and expressed their thanks to the company.  Mr. Foster noted that it was a pleasant surprise and he was happy to see that an insurance company was recognizing its customers, who have pledged allegiance to them for a very long period. He pointed out that he was pleased with the service provided to him over the years by GGIL and looks forward to the continued association.  On arrival at Champers, the couple was greeted by Executive Manager, Guardian General, Mr. Nigel Adams and other representatives of the company including, Ms. Velma Callender, Senior Underwriter, who has been in contact with them over the years. 

Mr. Adams presented the couple with other special gifts and in conferring with them before lunch, reiterated the quote made by Jeffrey Gitomer that you don’t earn loyalty in a day, you earn loyalty day-by-day and the fact that the Fosters have remained committed to Guardian Group indicates our pledge to them to uphold our core value of serving people.  He emphasized that as an insurer; first and foremost you should consistently provide your customers with prompt claims settlement and premium service.  The success of a company hinges on delighting customers with tailored and innovative products and this is an undertaking to which Guardian remains committed.
