GUARDIAN GENERAL NOTICE TO CLIENTS

Dear Guardian General Clients,

The COVID-19 pandemic has been catapulted to the forefront of the global conversation and the constant stream of information is now inescapable. As we have done with every disaster that has impacted our region in the past, we will come through this stronger and wiser together.

Guardian General remains committed to putting the health, safety and wellness of our staff and clients as our first priority. We will continue to monitor this situation very closely and implore each of you to heed the guidelines issued by local health officials to protect yourselves and your families. Your wellbeing comes first.

At the onset of the pandemic, our Business Continuity procedures were triggered at Guardian General Insurance Limited and across the Group, to ensure continued service to our customers in an uninterrupted manner.

Conducting business with us remains easy and accessible. Effective Monday 15th June, our location at Enfield House will be open during the hours of 8:15a.m. to 4:30p.m. daily. Our online facilities continue to be an excellent alternative to conduct your transactions, while practising social distancing.

PREMIUM PAYMENTS

For those clients who have a premium due you may make your payment electronically by utilising your bank’s online banking facility:

 

  •  For clients banking with RBC Royal Bank Barbados, Scotiabank or CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank, payments may be facilitated by utilizing your bank’s online banking facility by choosing Guardian General Insurance Limited as the payee.
     
  •  For clients banking with all other commercial banks, premium payments may be facilitated by obtaining our banking details from the Accounts Department personnel. Please contact us at: ggilbarbadosaccounts@myguardiangroup.com    or 1-246-430-4636.
